Our experienced peer workers are here to provide the assistance you need, whether it’s daily or weekly support for mental health-related needs. We offer one-on-one support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
Here are some of the services we provide:
- Assist with Gardening: We are happy to help you in the garden with light duties.
- One-on-One Outings: We can take you to the plaza, the beach, or other places you enjoy.
- Assist in Meal Preparation: We can help you cook dinner or meal prep for the week.
- Assist with Personal Domestic Activities: We can help with washing up, light vacuuming, groceries, and more.
- In-Home Companionship: We can watch TV with you, sit at home and chat, and keep you company.
- Assist with Hobbies: Whether it’s fishing, woodwork, cross-stitch, or other hobbies, we’re here to help.
- Travel/Transportation: We can drive you to and from the gym, appointments, and other destinations.
- Exercise: We support you in staying active and healthy.
